Jafnayn 362
A 550 m² light manufacturing and services workshop, combining a 25 m clear-span K-SPAN roof with a mezzanine and concrete waffle-slab construction.
WarehousingMadayn Nizwa Industrial City, Oman
Nizwa 439
A 300 m² warehouse for paper cup products in Madayn Nizwa Industrial City — MAZ’s smallest project delivered in the city, measuring 12 × 25 m.

A self-supporting K-SPAN roof with a 36 m clear span and 13 m height, serving a fruit and juice processing and packaging facility with cold stores, offices and accommodation.

MAZ’s first project in Oman: twin ground-to-ground K-SPAN halls for animal and poultry feed production, covering 2,400 m² with 30 m clear spans and a height of 15 m.

A 1,500 m² aluminium foil production facility with a 20 m clear span, a 10-tonne overhead crane and a two-storey administrative block in Phase 6 of Madayn Sohar.

Suwaiq Events Hall
A decorative hall and majlis in Suwaiq, using a 10 m span over a 20 m length to create an open setting for events and gatherings.
