Madayn Nizwa Industrial City, Oman / PLOT 439
Nizwa 439
A compact warehouse with a clear purpose.
Purpose-built storage for paper cup products
THE PROJECT
Small footprint. Practical space.
Located in Madayn Nizwa Industrial City, Plot 439 is the smallest project delivered by MAZ in the industrial city. Its 12 × 25 m footprint provides 300 m² of warehouse space dedicated to storing paper cup products.
The project applies the same focus on practical industrial construction to a compact building. Its arched K-SPAN roof gives the warehouse a simple, recognisable profile, while the straightforward rectangular layout supports an efficient storage arrangement. The gallery documents the foundations, roof assembly and enclosed warehouse.
