THE PROJECT
Space for production and movement.
Located in Phase 6 of Madayn Sohar Industrial City, Plot 650 is a 1,500 m² facility for aluminium foil production. The main hall has a 20 m clear span, a side height of 7 m and a crown height of 11 m, creating a generous working volume for the manufacturing operation.
A 10-tonne overhead crane supports industrial material handling, while a two-storey administrative block brings office functions into the same development. The combination of production space, lifting capacity and administration reflects the practical requirements of a working factory. Site photographs trace the foundations, concrete frame and K-SPAN roof installation.
